Beautiful Seaside Home with Exclusive Pine Grove
Villa Riviera is currently undergoing renovation and is located on the Pescara Riviera, just a short walk from the city centre and close to all major amenities. Ideal for a relaxing stay with family or for small groups of friends who wish to spend a few days in this lovely city. Within 10 meters, you’ll find seaside locations such as Il Moro, Acapulco, and Penelope Beach.
The space is situated on the first floor, right by the sea and surrounded by a century-old pine grove. There are two bedrooms, along with a kitchen and dining area, a bathroom, and a wonderful terrace with a view of Pescara’s sea for dining.
The apartment is spacious and suitable for large families or small groups of friends. The pine grove is privately owned, and guests have free access to the entire house.
If you stay in my apartment, you’ll have everything at your fingertips, and if you come in the summer, even better!
Just bring your swimsuit and flip-flops, and in the morning, you’ll step out of the house and be at the seaside!
