Just renovated with parquet flooring throughout and 1 bathroom. Air conditioning in all rooms for cooling in the summer and heating in the winter! Private and shared garden. Parking right under the house. Whenever you like, in your swimsuit and flip-flops, you can reach the beach and the Adriatic Sea (2 minutes walk!).
In the evening, you can prepare dinner in a fully refurbished kitchen, complete with all appliances, along with a dining area, a sofa that can turn into a bed, and a 49-inch SMART TV if you want to dine on the balcony and relax while watching TV. Supermarket is 200 meters away!
The spaces are well distributed among two double bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Two newly renovated double bedrooms, an indoor living area, a full bathroom, and a parking space.
The house has been recently renovated (July 2023), but some details are not yet perfect, such as the partial grass or the missing shower glass in the outdoor bathroom.
I can assure you that your stay will still be impeccable, and I will make sure you have everything you need.
The park is owned by the Villa, and guests have free access to the entire park.
